Okay, this is definitely something I have to blog about so get ready. I will not be making a video about this topic. (As you noticed I don’t make videos on things I choose to put on this website lol.)

My first ‘hate’ video was made about me! One of my good acquaintances sent a screenshot to my friend who then sent it to me (I didn’t know she was subbed to that person but okay haha.) After my friend sent me a screenshot of the community tab post sharing the thumbnail and I was deeply intrigued. The creator of the video tagged me but I didn’t receive the notification until much much later, I don’t know why.

The rest of the night I was checking the comments under that post because I was curious. Why was he making a video about me? But then I quickly realized it was for my hypocrisy on various subjects and supporting creators he obviously does not like nor support. I understand, but I think there’s a little hypocrisy in all of us to be frank.

I honestly think that any publicity is good publicity and was really happy to have someone talk about me because I didn’t know I was worthy of having anyone download my video, watch it, and make comments, and then edit an entire video using my stuff! Dude I have a very small amount of subscribers and barely get any views these days lamo. There was one comment even asking “Who is this?” and I wanted to reply Idek!

The next morning I couldn’t wait to watch! I went to Cyclebar and then to work, I waited and waited until it finally dropped at 1pm est! I was in a zoom meeting so really bad timing.. but after the quick meeting I clicked and started watching. I watched probably about half until my friend came to get me for lunch. Even my co workers found it funny that this guy made a video using one of my videos. (The video is here, and it’s about me being a fan of KKandBabyJ, family vloggers that live in Orlando as well)

As my friend and I walked to lunch I continued listening to the video. The intro was amazing and actually made me laugh. The guy did a great job btw! We soon arrived at the restaurant and the video was almost done but I paused it to get seated and order etc. I think my friend understood to an extent, but still didn’t understand fully but that’s okay LOL. I got back to work and finished listening. He basically painted me as stupid, dumb, and a hypocrite.. which is fine. I am aware of the things and concerns these commentary channels bring up but that doesn’t mean you can’t watch just to watch. As long as you’re educated and understand the message I think it’s fine. That goes with any subject. There will always be a ‘dark side’ to anything.

I do come across in the video as dumb because I say ‘like’ a lot but I will admit I was nervous and I just wanted to post the video soon for views DUH! Yes man, I posted it for views.. stating the obvious haha. Anyways the comments were funny: How many times did she say ‘like’? She is dumb. She looks like Khoa with a wig on. She is naive. She is so blind. After she said ‘you guys’es’ I couldn’t take her serious..then all the hypocritic contradictions followed. Her low level of critical thinking actually hurt my ears. You were nice not to go after that and just fairly critique her actual words and point out her hypocrisy. (Thanks Barry!) She is so immature. She’s super obsessed, she replied back to me saying she watched your channel and still likes them. She definitely ignored all the evidence. (Thanks person who also makes Youtube videos LOL)

I digress.. After reading about 25 comments I was done; it was the same shit and just different people. I do respect the commenters for not being hateful on my channel. They kept it over there which I appreciated. I actually gained about 5 subs!

I want it to be clear that I am not a commentary channel. I just like posting whatever I want to and I do. That’s why I’m not that “big” of a creator. I refuse to niche down.

After work I talked with my mom about it and she even said there were parts she laughed at. We all thought it was funny. My friend thought it was dumb and the original girl who sent my friend the screen shot even reached out to check on me which was really nice and I appreciated it very much.

Overall, I will most likely not be talking about anyone else on my YouTube channel. I will keep it to vlogs and about me because narcissist.. I am half joking lmao. I know talking about others brings in views, but it’s not even really what I like to film! I enjoy watching all commentary channels though, but I also like watching family vlogs. So what?!

I think the creator who made the video about me is making another, I don’t think I’ll watch.. maybe I will but after this first go around the hype is over lol. I know people will have their opinions, and I will have mine and there is no changing anyones mind on anything.
